How to turn ON your Tracking Cards

To turn your Tracking Cards on, press the button once firmly. A melody sound will play, confirming the card is powered on and ready to track.

Confirming your card is active:

• After turning it on, press the button twice quickly.

• If you hear beeping, the card is active and responsive.

• Melody sound: Card is active and ready to use.

• Beeping (from double press test): Confirms the card is responding.

• No sound: May need charging or troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting

If you do not hear the melody:

• Charge the card — place the left side on a Qi wireless charger for at least 30 minutes.

• Press more firmly — some buttons require solid pressure.

• Try again — it may take two or three attempts.

If the card still will not turn on after charging:

• Try a reset: Press the button 5 times quickly, holding the 5th press for 15 seconds until you hear a melody.

Important notes

• Use a single press only — holding the button will turn the card off.

• New cards come pre-charged and should power on immediately.

• Always listen for the melody as confirmation.
